THE CHALLENGE
Xbox wanted their biggest-ever gamescom presence to feel more than just a booth stream. The challenge was to stage a live broadcast that could energize fans on-site, engage a global audience across platforms, and set a new benchmark for accessibility and scale at one of the industry’s most important shows.
THE RESPONSE
We built a full production compound in Cologne from the ground up, complete with Microsoft offices, control rooms, LAN, Live-U and Starlink connectivity, ASL and audio description studios, and a 100-strong crew.

Over three days, we produced eight hours of live programming and a stream of short-form content optimized for social, all powered by an RF system that let us go live from anywhere on the 6,000m² booth.
The result:Xbox’s most inclusive, ambitious, and engaging gamescom broadcast yet, cementing their leadership on the global stage.
